The buyer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products , including dedicated books, unless the product is defective.

In the event of a defective product, the primary solution is to replace the product. If replacement is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

The costs associated with the return are borne by the customer.

The goods will be delivered to a parcel machine within Estonia or you can pick them up yourself by prior arrangement (Käpa tee 7, Liivamäe, Jõelähtme parish). The usual delivery time is 1–3 working days from receipt of payment.

In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be longer (up to 10 working days or longer in the case of pre-sale as indicated in the product description).

Transport to the parcel terminal is free for orders over €35 , for smaller orders a transport fee will be added. The transport fee is calculated at checkout.
